Bob Litt is general counsel for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, but not too long ago, according to the Washington Post, he was the defense lawyer for a CIA agent accused of the 2003 rendition and brutalization of an innocent German national. An epic of moral decay, the Senate Intelligence Committees's 6,700-page investigation into the CIA's use of torture is longer than all but one of the world's great works of literature. It's also classified, probably forever. Right now, the Senate is only contesting CIA redactions to the 510-page executive summary.
